Appena arrivati nella località scelta per trascorrere le vacanze, normalmente si desidera solo arrivare in albergo e sistemarsi.
Cosa succede se qualcosa non va nella stanza? Conoscere l’inglese vi permetterà di chiedere spiegazioni e (perché no?) lamentarvi con il personale.
